misfire question

ok i know that this topic gets beat to death, but mine doesn't directly deal with the coils. on my 2k i have the new coils, i've been having a misfire and got the code read today, it's one for a misfire on #2. no codes for coils. what's weird about it is that it only misfires if i'm below 3K rpms, if it starts to misfire i rev it up and it works fine again. has anyone else had this problem. the fuel injectors were rebuilt about 5 to 6 months ago and i use nothing but shell nothing lower than 91 octane gas. any suggestions. thanks.

sounds like the problem I had with my #6 misfire, but mine was the injector, I replaced it and now it's fine.

It could be your spark plugs, electrical harness, fuel pump, injectors or something internal (highly unlikely.)

BTW, try to use different gasoline. My car seems to run like **** if I use Shell V-power.
