i just got out of my friends brand new 2001 Pathfinder... first thing i noticed was that the passenger window is auto up and down... and the unit is exactly shaped like the one in ours... i just called courtesyparts.com and they said that with our 25% discount (yes they do honor maxima.org members with a 25% discount on all OEM parts) it will cost $103.20... I cant wait to get mine... i will order soon

i forgot to ask them their return policy just in case if it doesnt work... would someone mind to call and find out? thanks

I wish all the window were auto up/down and that you could open them all with the key fob...

I bought a window switch for the I30 and put it in on the driverside for the passangerside(sp?) so I have auto up/down from the driverside but the passanger still has to hold the switch.

you just bought the switch or the whole assembly? they only sell the whole assembly... i guess you could by the unit for the passenger side too..

how much did it cost?

I dont know if they did replace the whole assembly or just the switch. I'm not sure how much it cost because I had the body shop do it while my car was getting re-painted after being vandlized(sp?), and my grandparents picked up the tab for me.

Really miss this feature in the Max... My BMW does this with the key, and if you have any windows down and hit 100mph+ it will roll all the windows up. This actually freaked the sh*t out of me once when I was tuning my car.
I had a clifford alarm put into my RX-7 and it rolls up the windows when you are the alarm.
psing23, please let us know the results, Thanks!!!

My old 1998 maxima let you put the windows down on the stock key fob(by holding the unlock button) but not up. I wonder why they didnt do that on my 2000?
