Rim color help

For those of you who have reconditioned your 5.5 gen oem rims, what paint did you use? I contacted Wurth customer service and they told me they don't have anything to specifically match but they recommended the European Laquer Silver. Can anyone tell me if the color matches or if there are any other recommendations? I remember reading one post a while back about a guy here that does autobody and said he had a hard time with this paint but I've searched the last 40 pages of posts and can't find it. One more question, do these wheels have a clearcoat on them also? Sorry if this may have been answered before, I've searched for over an hour.

Thanks.

This may help, http://www.audiworld.com/tech/ext43.shtml

and yes, the wheels are clearcoated.

Not sure about the color. I was planning on calling Dave B about it sometime.

Will powdercoating fill in any curb rash? And how much does it cost?

I was thinking of having a local place try to match the color of the titanium edition wheels.

When you bake it make sure you use an electric oven. The fumes from the powdercoat can cause an explosion in a gas oven....just a tip!

I have a scuffed wheel like that too. I need to do mine. How do we find out what color our wheels are? I have a 2000 GLE with the 16inch 5 spoke rims. I would think that the 5.5 gen and the 5 gen are the same color because I have 5.5 gen center caps on my wheels. SO any help with paint matching would be appreciated.
