I just purchased a front strut bar, and I intalled it myself,and when i tighten the lugs i put them very tight and now Im hearing a sqeaking noise, when i hit little or lite bumps.
I dont think i had that noise before installing the strut bar.
Is there a way to check to see if the mount is mess up without removing everthing.

Need advice.

 

you don't have to put them on "very tight" i'm not sure what the torque spec is, but you may have tightened them too much

 

Make sure you've allowed enough clearance between the bottom of the strut brace and the intake. Often times, those two surfaces rub if there isn't enough clearance.
