Rear Caliper Dilemma
Rear Caliper Dilemma
All
I have the z32 calipers coming shortly for the car, and Ive decided I want to powdercoat the rears along with the fronts. My problem is this, Im not sure whether its better to buy a rebuild kit for my current calipers or a whole new set of rears. Either way they have to be taken apart so I can bake them once the powder is applied.
Any suggestions?
If anyone has a write up on the rebuild that would be great, I need to get my hands on that too

watt up...heres the only thing that I have thats worth anything. Its for a 7-series, but its a well written write-up. Also, have you ever powder coated things yourself before? I just got done painting my 2k4 calipers before I installed them, and repainted my rear at the same time. I applied 3 coats and theres already a few chipped spots on the fronts from the install. I would've loved to have powder coated mine. Good luck with your rear calipers.
