AT trouble

Hey. I have an 02 auto, and I'm having trouble with the transmission now. 130k miles. Never had any problems with it. For the past few days now it's been acting up. Every once in a while it will lurch at low rpms, say if I'm in 1st at a stop, then try and take off. The car will accelerate slowly no matter how much gas I give it, then, as though something all of a sudden caught, it accelerates normally again and the tach needle shoots up like it should. Also, in idle when I'm sitting in traffic or something I can feel something vibrating, presumably from the tranny. It seems to be coming from that area at least. It's not consistent. I can't replicate the problem every time, but it happens.

Shoot me any suggestions/advice.

I will get a few quarts of at fluid tomorrow probably and change what I can.

Could be a solenoid issue. No flashing OD light? Fluid full and clean?
