White, when cold is nothing to worry about. You have moisture/water in your exhaust, when you start it up, its being blown out of your exhaust and evaped as well. Now if it was GREY or black, then I would worry a little.

Well it was 93 degrees out side and the car was at normal operating temp. Is it still normal?? and the smoke kinda smelled like rich burning gas.

Well, it still may be ok. When the car starts up first I think it runs rich. But, it should have returmed to normal shortly thereafter since it was at normal operating temp like you said. The little bit of smoke at WOT should also be OK. That is probably the extra fuel burning off.

I feel a little better now!

Doesn't matter what temperature it is really outside, but how long was your car sitting for? Car was normal operating temp, I supose you just drove it before then? If so, car may have been a little rich....it will aways start up rich.

Talk about burning oil, I changed my oil for the first time this weekend and put in the 4.25 Quart as recomended. But the thing I noticed is that I got considerably less than that when I drained the engine oil (about 3.5 quart out). Should I be worried that the engine is buring off oil??

You should be OK...you probably had some oil (at least a half quart?) left in your oil filter.

(it's kinda small).Yeah, there's oil in the filter, but it should be no more than 1/8 of a quart.
Maybe the dealer didn't fill it all the way or something...will check back in about 5K miles
