looking 4 some knowledge

hey there ... what are the struts? how do they work 2gether with the springs & dampeners ... I'm confused ... how do the performance struts improve on the performance of the stock struts?

K ... so 4 normal driving ... normal 4 a Maxima ... u don't really need struts? springs are sufficient? or should I go coil-over?

Normal environment (street)... then struts and springs will work fine.
