Thanks for writing back...
Now... how hard are these to adjust the height if I had to do them myself?
Im getting them professionally done along with my Slotted Rotors tomorrow!

mine are set to 8, in the front adn in the back. IMO that is probably the best setting for everyday driving mix city/freeway.

or you can just get the edfc and adjust from inside the car with a touch of a button.

I got them installed today and it wasnt that hard I guess!
The instructions were missing in the box, so I had to find it online and fax it to the shop! I had them set it at 8.

I love the lowww look!
Any kind of regular maintenance required on these?

The coilovers should make no noise, especially with a high quality kit like the Tein SS. You should take it back to the shop to have a look. Usually, the collars come loose the first few times upon installation unless you put thread lock on them.

Im taking it in tomorrow and I will post what we find...

KSport was highly recommended cuz od the 32 way adjustments, but I was looking for comfort.. so I decided to go with Tein SS... Defenitely pricier, but only an extra 150 though! So unless you are planning to adjust it, go with Teins... my .02

Alrite......here's whats going on...
They put it on a lift and noticed that the left steering components was hitting the bottom of the strut, which they said would be taken care of after an alignment job. So, for now they put a lil grease so it doesnt make that clanging noise... so its not a big deal.... defenitely getting an alignment next week!

I have this same Tein coilovern setup and when I first installed them, I got that pinging of the springs when I would turn my wheel all the way to the left or right. I ended up putting some grease on the perch where the springs sit and that seem to take care of most of it. One thing I did notice is when I turn my wheel all the way to the right or left, it would then pull to that side. I thought my alignment done because I thought it was just way off after the install and they said the alignment was perfect. I'm figuring some how the springs aren't fully releasing when you straighten out the wheel which is causing the pull to either side. Anyone else have this with the TEIN SS?

Also, has anyone had axle problems with riding their car low? My CV joints were clickin like crazy when I turned and ended up clicking whenever I was accelerating, even going straight. I got new axles, and the guy gave me the life time warranty on them. within the last 9 months, I've gone through 3 sets of axles. The boots don't rip, just sounds like it's about to fall appart. But then when I raise the car back up, it pretty much goes away. I've had a civic and an integra both dumped and never once had CV joint or any axle issues at all. Any ideas?? PLEASE HELP

How much did you drop your car? I Have my heigth set to the settings they advice in the manual: NO CLICKING, NO PINGING, NO RUBBING... if you can hear your coilovers, you have not installed them correctly, especially Tein SS. I mean if you had k-sport or some other brokeback product, i would not be surprise, but Teins are build WELL.

Im thinking of selling the Tein SS Coilover set...
I wanna go back to stock! Whats a good price to sell it for?
I've had it for 6 months and 2000 miles!

Im getting bored of the drop and also the occasional unexpected scraping!
