Short: I'm not doing it.

Long: In order to do it right, I'd have to pull off the whole darn grill otherwise it wouldn't be flush against the back of it. Plus the mesh isn't tall enough to fill the whole grill.

so u r inserting a one piece of mesh into the back of the upper grill, right?

I was thinking about doing a 2-piece mesh and that I will be a bit esier to fit into the opening

Yeah I kinda figured that that might be a problem. Certainly more time intensive than the lower grill area. We'll figure it out soon enough.
