Idle problem after starting

So I drove for about 10 minutes and parked the car for about 20 minutes. I go back to my car and start it and for the first time, it seemed to stumble. The rpms went up to about the normal rpom of starting but it suddenly dropped to about 100 rpm. The idle then was shaky as it went to 200 to 300 to 600 to 1000 rpm. So then I turned off the car and restarted it and it happened again. So I just drove home and everything was normal. When I got home, I turned it off and turned it back on and it was a normal startup. I will try to start it again after it has been sitting to see if the problem persists.

This is happaning quite a bit of late (my 4th gen is doing it too).. it seems our base idles are too low - i'm not sure what gets them out of whack.

When the car is cold the ecu raises the revs to warm it up, but after the car is at operating temperature it returns to the base idle.. for me it is sitting on 400rpm instead of 600 rpn.. 4th gens have a check screw to increase the idle I think 6th gens need the dealer to increase the idle

Or it could be that your IACV is failing...I had the same issue and now i'm getting it replaced. Are you throwing any codes??
