B1 S2 harness Location for fed spec?

i know ya'll are tired of seein these o2 sensor threads but i cant seem to find the answer.. I'm looking for the harness for o2 sensor after the cat.. everything i been able to dig up is either for cali spec or tells me to just follow the wire, But the wire goes through a grommet under the drivers seat. And Then i lose it.. I'm trying to install an o2 sim to get rid of my P0138 nad p0139.. Thanks in advance..

1. From linked document above, see Page 4 Figure 2: O2 Sensor Location - 2000 Federal Maxima, post cat O2 is Bank 1 Sensor 2 (or HO2S2-B1) or the one with the white shroud.

2. From linked document above, see Page 5 Figure 4: O2 Sensor Connector Location, locate Bank 1 Sensor 2 (or HO2S2-B1) with the white shroud/harness, as it says in the diagram.

Did some investigation. According to the service manual. This harness is located by removing that grommet. Lets see if this pic works:

I have my sim hanging outside the cat... I have it tied to a grounding bolt and wrapped in plastic bag... Been there for months now...
