There is no paint there to buff or polish out. Thats down to the base.

ooohhhh....I thought that was white paint on the bumper....my bad.....in that case, body shop?

Thats what I was thinking but that means I have to wait until tomorrow until it gets fixed, only because I will get a nice deal at the Nissan dealer for them to fix it.

It should be under $200 for them to paint the bumper cover, which isn't too bad. I just had a ding removed and then the right rear quarter panel refinished and it was only $280. Not out of my wallet though.
