Bike Carrier question

Bike Carrier question

I plan on getting an 03 maxima soon and was wondering if you guys could tell me if the roof mounted bike carrier from the 4th Gen will fit on the 5th Gen or do I need to buy a totally new rack? thanks

go to your bike carrier website and check it out... it might....or do what I do.. put in your trunk

It's actually a Nissan carrier. It has rubber feet that sit on the cars roof and then are screwed in between the door and the frame of the car.

It's probably made by Thule....in which case the thule "fit kit" might work. The 4th and 5th gens DO use different latches on the sides, at least with Thule and Yakima racks - so you can probably just buy the latches from your dealer.
