I don't even have to be a member to "View" post. Wrong section anyways, you need the "Feedbacks Section".

And don't forget to check your tail-light fluid. It's the first thing everyone who joins here does because the 5.5 gens are notorious for burning tail-light fluid.

Well, I've got to post here to boost my post count so I can post in the WTB section (To buy a Maxima). I have no input or feed back on the stuff you guys are talking about 'cause I don't have a Maxima. And the registering process here isn't making that any easier. I can't post a new topic to ask questions, I can't search to find answers, it's very frustrating. So I have to cruise all the threads trying to find something I can put input on like the polls, "Leather vs. Cloth" and other stuff like that. Also If I like someone's car and I pull up that particular member, I can't view their posts. So I'm a newbie but I'm not allowed to search....which makes no sense.

Maybe you can't read...I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. As stated in the BEGINNING of my post I stated that I wanted to post in the WTB section for a WTB add to BUY A MAXIMA so I an be more involved in this forum since I am TRYING TO BECOME A MAXIMA OWNER. But thanks for the warm welcome.

Agreed. This is the only forum I've ever joined that made membership such a PITA. You guys must've had some real problems in the past.

I'm in the same boat. I'm trying to buy a max and have questions on which model which year. What to look for in a used max etc. I have been looking through old posts and am slowly finding answers but a verteran max owner could answer everything all at once, and save me weeks of trying to get up to speed.

I'll donate when I feel the forum is useful to me, I don't even have a max yet so that is out of the question.

The 02-03's are better due to the cannooter valve going bad on the 00-01's, although the flux capacitor in the 2000's lasts a while, and their easier to get than the 5.5 gen
