my friend has a 2000 gxe and was telling me that you cant get a supercharger on an auto, only on a stick. Please tell him that he is wrong and that you can get a stillen vortech supercharger on his automatic maxima.

Well if they send you a disclamer then of course they will, but that is only screwing yourself. I would rather tell them that I had a 5spd and that way they are under the assumption that all is ok. But the only problem is the fitmeny issue on the Auto. since the intake comes down, I think it causes a fitment issue with the auto, I don't think there is any other reason that Stillen doesn't sell to auto guys, b/c I doubt that the tranny is worse than the 4th gen. and if they have the Sc for the 4th gen auto, then it should be ok, but on the 4th gen there is no fitment issue with the auto tranny.

I aksed this awhile back here are the things you gotta do.
1. buy the expensive s/c
2. buy a 450 buck vb mod from don in texas. aka moblietek.com
3. get a trany cooler. for 40-70 bucks
4. find a good meckanic that can mod the last part of the airintake pipe to alow the filter to clear the tranny.
5. go beet somebody off the line.
