I30 guys might know this. What is that Cancel/Auto button do on the lower left side? Is that the auto entry/exit feature? Can someone explain to me what it does? Those gauges are sweet. But why aren't the fuel/temp gauge decorated in the same fashion? Nissan finally got rid of that wart in the middle of the steering wheel of the 2001 model with something more tasteful, chrome.

I'm liking the 2k2 more and more as I see these pics.

I always though those buttons there were for the rear sunshade on the I30. As for the gauges, I like the current SE gauges better....

Thats what I thought also. But I didn't see a power rear sunshade anywhere on the equipment list. How did all these pictures get released? I sure hope these are real and not some photoshoped thing.

i heard thru the grapevine that the new maxes will have an auto-seat feature. it's supposed to slide the seat back automatically when you shut off the engine for easier exit/entry. when you restart the engine, it will restore the driver's seat to the last known position.
if that's true, than the button's probably for that feature.

So - the headlights are nice and the taillights might be an improvement (note they avoided a full rear view pic) but that front fascia - how did they make it worse? I also notice the passenger's airbag cover still doesn't match and they still use black instead of brown steering wheel and trim in the tan interior - cheesy!

I have a frost leather interior and my steering wheel is black... I saw frost interior where the steering wheel is grey. Also i look around my dash and the main peice that goes over everything looks a little tannish to me... it doesnt really match the seats cause they are light grey... i dunno who matched the colors in the car but im sure ray charles or stevie wonder were on their team...
