Tokiko Suspension Kit

I'm getting ready to change the OEM struts/shocks on my '00 Maxima with 84K miles. Has anyone tried the Tokiko Suspension Kit which comes with Blues or Illuminas and Tokiko lowering springs? How do they compare to the same struts/shocks with Eibach springs?

Any comments would be appriciated.

Thanks

I called Tokico about this a few months ago. They said that they weren't available at that time, but would be available for Maxima in a couple months. I tried to get info about them (how low, ride quality, etc.), but the tech I talked to didn't seem to know much about them. Seemed like a good price on the group deal, but not available and I didn't want to wait for an unknown commodity. I went with H&R and Ilumina instead. Here is a phone number if you want to call them. 1-800-548-2549

They have been saying the kit will be out since 2003? Still no kit. Just get Tokico's with Eibach. Close enough to the Tokico kit. IMO

I wish I could have generated this interest when I asked about this kit. I could get no information. If I would have known about the lowering height and spring rate, I probably would have tried the kit. Oh well ... I'm happy with my H&R's and Ilumina's.

Ive had the tokico blue shock kit installed on my 4th gen for about 6 months and i think its a great improvement over stock. the ride is a bit more harsh but i can handle that. if they ever make the kit for the 5th gen the ride should be similar.
