Really LOUD radiator fans

whenever I turn on my AC, my radiator fans kick on, and are very very loud, (much louder then a month ago) has anyone else experienced this? do these commonly go bad?

mine wasn't that loud, its' probably the bearing about to go bad. That you probably need a new fan. I would call a shop find out if that's the norm

the years of my cars were 95, 01 altima, and 97 and 2k max
i dont think this is a real problem thou

side note, my 01 altima's fan will even keep going for a while after i turned off the engine, and itz LOUD too

^ Same here. Considerably louder than my last car (Camry). I definitely keep an ear out for anything unusual, though.

The loud noise may be a "good thing" hmmm.... The fans are pushing more air to cool the radiator. Mine are loud, also, when the A/C is running. I rather have them loud and working, rather them not working and having my car overheat. My $.02.

The fan is about to go. I had this and I took out the fan and fixed a spring in the assembly and it stopped.

Let me tell you, there are 6 magnets held thro springs in a circle and one of the magets spring had popped out resulting in the magnet touching the rotating part.
