Diagram needed

hey guys, im looking for a diagram of so i can see where the A/T solenoids are place. I need to change my Shift Solenoid Valve.

would that help control the hard stifts of an auto?

When my drop resistor mod is not on my car still shifts hard, not not as hard when the drop resisor is is on.
