Hyperground Kit? LOL

So... the hyperground kit actually does something? If your car wasn't grounding properly it wouldn't run correctly or even at all if it's bad enough. Your car is either grounded or it's not, so if your car runs good, this kit does absolutely nothing. But I am open minded, if someone can actually somehow prove that this kit actually "smooths out idle" "increases low end torque", etc... Please let me know, I would be more then willing to see how. And if it does please explain how adding ground to a car that is perfectly grounded does anything?

It actually does help like 1 crank and your car starts, the windows roll down faster, probably better running alt, i dunno about idle etc but it does do something. Search and you will find out that ppl actually get good results.

There are about 500 threads on this topic. Try doing a search and you'll find your answers. Considering Matt Blehm (blehmco) sells them, that should be enough proof - considering that his "day job" is as an electrical engineer.

What makes you think that any car is "perfectly grounded" anyhow? Have you ever actually looked at the grounding wires under the hood? I didn't think so....

there are many testimonials on this
myself included

hypergrounding works.
the lower the gauge wire u use, the better the results

first of all i think all of the "testimonials" are just people looking for something, its in their head. second of all a car is either grounded or not... there arent levels of groundness <-- probably not a word. and i dont think just because someone known sells something, it makes the item good IMO

Well, since you clearly know everything - I'm not really sure why you started a thread on the subject

You < knowledge.

Like I said, do a search. There are plenty of discussions with high involvement from people with engineering degrees (including me).

u obviously dont know much about electronics
there are such things as clean grounds and dirty grounds
how 'clean' the grounding in a circuit is makes a difference in its performance and resistance to emi
cleaner is better
and thats what hyperg does

the end.

It does sound stupid, but it also does work.

Consider that the chasis is one giant ground, but it is also one giant resistor. By-passing the chasis and taking ground directly to main sources (lights, engine block, etc) could help reduce any resistance. It sure as hell couldn't hurt.

It is not "bolt on" horsepower, but my engine does run smoother and my lights are brighter. Same with the wifes mini-van.

Thats right, you stay on your path!

Headers are also BS...

If Nissan wanted MAX exhaust flow they would have spent the money on 2.5 SS pipes! But stock stuff does the same job...

HEADERS MAKE NO POWER!

maximaownsyou, you're an idiot, plain and simple. I am not going to try and sugar-coat it. You a f00king moron whom has absolutley no understanding of electronics or anything associated with it.

Read up on the several-hundered posts that have been made regarading this issue, then come back to us. Until then, STFU.

I know this is not the audio fourm but......you are saying that if I ground my 2000 watt amp with 10 guage, it will be fine just cuz it is "gounded"? Yeah I'm sure that would work...

Maybe don't try to "think" so much

Testimonials are just that, what individuals have found by changing something on their car. Where's the confusion.
