need help!!!!!

I am changing rear breaks. and when i was screwing the right cylinder in and that was fine. when i got to the left one turn it but it is not going in at all. Do i need a new caliper. Please HELP ASAP. thank you

are you sure you are screwing it in the right direction. if so ur caliper may be siezed, u may need a new one, very commom problem on the rears, rebuilt ones are about $90-100 with the old core. if u wnat u can rebuilt the old one. http://bmwe32.masscom.net/sean750/ca...akeCaliper.htm

no need to get a new one...if you are using the tool.. push in and turn..... as hard as you can... if by any chance the rubber seal is broen get some wd-40 and flush everything out of there.........
