I'm about to get some SSRs for my 2k2, but they're 16s. Does anybody have a 2k2 or up with 16s?
I know 5th gens can definitly run 16s, you know, since they're stock and all, but I checked the GXE OEM tire size diameter at 215-55-16s, and it's a 2.1% difference from the SE stock 255-50-17. Anybody know the reason for this?
I figure I would use 225-55-16s, it would only be a 0.5% difference. I dunno if theres a problem with this, seeing as nissan didn't use this option as a stock size.

edit: yeah, I know this should probably go in the tire forum instead, but I'm about to drop some cash in a couple hours for this, so I wanted a quicker reply. Thanks guys.

2k2-2k3 GXE's had 16's so s the problem...

I am pretty sure the 2002-2003 came with 225/50-17s, not with 255s. Therefore, 215/55-16 would be fine.

I don't understand why you think this is personal, I have nothing against you but rules are rules: Anyone creating multiple IDs while serving a temporary or permanent ban will have all other IDs banned permanently. There are no exceptions to this and there is nothing more to talk about. If you refuse to adhere to the rules of this forum, we cannot allow you to continually disrupt things around here.

Additionally, if you think this is a personal vendetta against you, it is not. I am not the only moderator who thinks you deserved the punishment you got. Besides, I have plenty of other things to do than argue this with you and constantly keep track of what you do in these forums.
