Where can I get spare parts for an ADDCO RSB

Today I was removing my ADDCO RSB and the two U bolts snapped from being weathered. Anyone know where I can get these parts from..thanks in advance

I would thing a hardware store would have them. I picked up some extra pieces for my Progress at Home Depot.
