i ordered mine august 10th, got the email and waited until september 1st came so I called berk. The secretary tells me she will call me back with a time estimate for me, but never called back. In the process I was trying to email the owner but never recieved a reply.....then I called a last time, the secretary says they got 2 filters in and will send one out to me and yadda yadda it'll be there in 5 days, so I said ok. A day later I got an email from paypal saying my money was refunded.

I was a little dissapointed but happy to have the 200 back....

Bad distributor. Berk didn't know what they were getting into when they started making these intakes.

Prior to throwing out random comments like this, please have some sort of solid information to base your statement from. Berk has been supplying intakes to 100's of members on this forum with little to no customer service issues.

wow dont try and bash a good distributor. maybe its the fact that apex'i didnt have enough filters to supply berk, so before you try and bash berk find your facts before you talk you newbie, or get off.

As i am one of those customers, and they have great service and shipping was quick.

Maybe he wasn't referring to Berk specifically? Maybe he meant Apexi was the bad distributor... Thats just how it read to me.

well if he was refering to apex'i he should have specified it, also apex'i doesnt just send filters to just berk, they have many other companies to send to; maybe they ran out cause of supply and demand

I have my Berk from 10 months ago, so I don't care... Bash away so Berk can pull another Frankencar on the Maxima scene....

Pretty soon we will only be left with Injen and Stillen.

I got my Berk over 2 years ago and got everything in 5 days. Something must be up.

Anyways, I don't see a point to let this discussion continue any further in the 5th Gen forum. There is a Dealership/Seller/Vendor Experience forum for this.
