help on Black leather dashboard

man,i just screwed my dashboard up by usin those Armor-all Wipes.........it says dashboard on it,but i guess it doesn't go for leather,i hate armor-all.My dashboard is a little faded up now....anyway,could anyone give me a suggestion on how to return its nice and black color without havin to use tht armor-all leather crap,i hate that shiny look(it so obvious u used armor-all)....i just want that black color back,or am in trouble??????

Have you tried Lexol vinyl or leather cleaner? Maybe the Zaino cleaner as well.

No,i haven't,but i will.....but do they leave that fake looking shine,or do they just restore the black color,keepin it lookin like new???

i tried the armor all spray too, but mine looks fine.

i put it on, (spray on towel), let it set for a couple minutes, and i took a new towel, and brushed off the xtreme shiny look.

it looks pretty good to me.

only problem i had, was that,, it stained some parts of the cars i didnt want,

i could probably take it off with some water, but i got too tired after a 6 hour car wash/cleaning session

The cleaner will take off what you put on. I think you would have trouble taking Armor All off with water, but then again, I've never tried it.

I did the water thing,that didnt work,it didnt take it off.....man,i guess im try that whole armor-all spray thing.....hopefully ill get it back the way i want it

Take a rag and wet it....then spray on a little glass cleaner (not ammonia based) and clean dash off. Then try the www.zainobros.com leather cleaner and conditioner. Don't use new Armor All Window Cleaner either.....as the papertowels flake and leave dust all over!!!
