Good first attempt...but it looks every rough, man.

(1) You can see the glue bleed-through.
(2) The lines near the doorswitch are bunched up.
(3) You have 5 different colors going on in that pic...it's a bit too busy.

Like I said, great start, just rip it off, use mineral spirits to remove all the glue, sand, and rewrap...the first time is not easy!!!

the top is the only part that partly done. when you rewrap, is there any tricks, do you wrap from the top down or go from left or right side.

So do it again with new fabric. I was using contact cement painted on.

i am not feeling. Installation aside, the choice of material appears to be mediocre at best. Not sure how it is in person.

I would have to agree with Metal on taking it off and restarting. Hopefully you've got the extra material for trial and error. You should paint the door handle to match your arm rest part. and just paint the lower half black. IMO. Good job though man just try and clean it up. Good luck.

Not a big fan of suede but for the time and effort you've put into this project. I think you should have the lower panel painted before you proceed further on the suede.

instead of painting the handle, why not just get one that's the right color? Paint will get rubbed off as people USE the handles, especially the driver's door.....

Junkyard is your friend. My interior handles are black...you can get them in chrome too.
