Okay well i'm about to take my 2002 nissan maxima to the paint shop, and i wanted to know if the 2001 20th edition front lip, side skirts, and rear lip will fit on my 2002 nissan maxima???

I like the way it looks so please help me out i wanna find out as soon as possible... thanks..

 

the sides and rear should fit. front will not fit due to bumper design. you could get a 00-01 bumper

 

Front wont fit, everything else will

 

get a stillen lip instead

 

You will need to remove your stock 02 sideskirts to use to the ae sideskirts.

 

Yea that what i was thinkin but i would like the maxx front lip.. anyone know of any vendors with this lip??
Would downgrading to a 20th front bumper be bad or good??? Any fitment problems with 02 grill or headlights???

side question..but sort of related....
AE side skirts look similar to the 2k2 side skirts....are there any differences?

 

I was comparing them yesturday at the auction... I have a 20th edition there and was comparing to mine. They look the same but have a slight change in design. I really couldnt compare because my maxima is majestic blue so its harder to see the lines of the skirt, thus compared to the white 20th edition that show'd everything clearly. I might a well get them even if there the same since i can't get them pretty cheap.

 

The side skirts from the AE are 2 piece on each side as opposed to the 02/03 sides being one piece skirts. IMO, I think the Stillen kit will look much better on an 02/03. I have an 01 AE and I like the stock aero kit but I would prefer the Stillen Kit on my car. I want to change the kit to stillen but at the same time I want to kep the body AE, it's kinda hard to decide. Maybe I will just pic up an 02/03 Max and throw a stillen kit on that. It appears the Stillen kit gives it a lower stance, as I am already lowered on S.techs too. As far as the 02/03 grill for an 01 bumper, good luck as the 02/03 grill is removable but the 00/01 bumpers have the grills molded right on the bumper. So if you want to keep your 02/03 grill and get an 01 bumper to put the AE lip on, you will have to do some cutting on the 01 bumper to remove that grill. I'm sure it can be done as the grills appear to be the exact same size! Good luck with your mods though, best of luck to ya! Check out some pics of my 01 maj blue AE, as your Max will probably look similar to it if you get the AE kit on yours.
