The OSCAI is doing fine, but I finally paid off my credit cards, so once again it's time to rack up some more on them. I just ordered the Cattman y-pipe, and I want to compliment it with a higher grade of intake. I don't recall hearing anything bad about the PRCAI, so that's what I'm looking at getting, but I wanted others' input on it first. What's the best intake out there, in particular to compliment the Cattman y-pipe? Thanks!

Yup. The PRCAI is the intake of choice for NA Maximas. But I think I'll stick with my OSCAI after I get my Y-pipe installed. I'm figuring the Y-pipe with my catback system will be loud enough without adding intake noise on top of it.

How about the Cattman CAI. Made with some PR parts and a real K&N filter.

It's Hogan aka yo_its_ok's prototype intake system. Looks pretty cool from the pics he posted of it. He said it was going into production soon though, so lets see....

What's the deal?

I'm toying around with getting the Cattman CAI.
Just about every person who I know who has the PR CAI on a 5th gen throws check engine lights. What's the deal?

Ok, so it's kinda between the Cattman and the PRCAI. So which is better as far as performance and reliability? It also does rain a lot here.

They are practically the same. The Cattman unit has some improved parts on it. I'll see if I can dig up his email.
