Radio Fuse

Where do i find my fuse for the radio in my car??? Also is there any other fuses that would prevent my radio from working?

under the dash on the left side of the steering wheel... pull the cover off and look on the back of the cover for exact fuse location...

I have a similiar issue, my stock Hu went completely dead, I checked all my fuses and none were blown. I bought the Alpine 9856 to replace it, just waiting on the 5th gxe kit from Daveb before I do the install.

Went under and there is nothing on the panel that says anything about a radio.

I just had a similar issue. I've never had an issue, and all the sudden yesterday when I start the car, there's no radio. The backlights are on for the buttons, but none of the buttons do anything - power, FM/AM, CD, etc. There's no display on the LCD. Oddly enough, on a whim and not expecting any results, I put a CD in and it played. However, none of the buttons worked for the CD either - power, FF, RW, etc.

I checked the 15A fuse next to the battery, and it's fine. I even swapped it just to make sure. I'm at a loss, and after one day driving to and from w/o a radio, I'm already going bonkers!

Are you talking about the fuse next to the battery or the one on the HU? Or is there another that I'm missing?

As far as I know, everything is working except my radio buttons. The mirrors and all A/C / heater buttons are fine. The only thing that works on the radio is playing a CD, the eject button and the volume. Power, FF, RW, FM/AM, Audio, etc do nothing.

The fuse by the battery is fine, but I also tried changing it to be sure. I haven't had a chance to tackle pulling the HU to check that fuse yet. Does it make sense for the CD to work if the problem was the HU fuse? I won't waste my time pulling it out tomorrow to check if that fuse would also affect the CD player.

I'm hoping to trade it before long, so am going to have to do something... (whether fixing or replacing)
