Gauge cluster ?

Hey I was just wondering if someone could explain or pass me a link of some sort to how the auto shifting numbers in the gauge cluster works. I've been trying to figure out how it exactly works with your cars so possibly to wire it up in my 4th gen. Thanks for the help.

Sorry, the 4th gener's clusters don't work or light up like the 5th gener's. Yeah, even though they are present on the 4th gener's...there's no connection or wiring to them. These are wired from the "sender wires" from the transmission. Believe me, I had a '95 and noticed this, too. It is too complex and not worth the while. Sorry.

Damn. I was afriad that it would have to do with the actual transmission. Guess I can't do it.
