Courtesy FSTB Torque Question

First, I apologize if this topic has been covered, but the search came up with nothing (odd)

I have my Courtesy Bar and I got me a handy torque wrench, but what do you tighten the END PLATE BOLT And the ADJUSTER NUT too?! The instructions only specify the torque (35 ft/lbs) on the SHOCK ABSORBER NUTS. Shouldn't the ADJUSTER NUT and the END PLATE BOLT be tightened to a certain torque?

Aren't the instructions on Courtesy web site incomplete?

Can anyone help? Thanks.

Here is a picture so everyone knows what I'm talking about.

There was no torque spec for those bolts, so I would just tighten them nice and tight. Don't overdo it, but make sure they are tight.
