I used Mdeals write up to try and fix the rattles from the Bose sub on the rear deck. I eliminated about 50% of the rattles coming from the deck. The only major rattles are coming from the seat belt housing. When I get in the trunk and push the white housing up, it eliminates the rattle. My question is, how do you remove the white housing?? Also, has anyone come up with a fix for this??

Is this covered?

If I bring my car into the dealer with the sub rattling problem, will they fix it for free under warranty??

My dealer tried to fix it under warranty twice, but they are stupid and couldnt find a problem.

someone on the edmunds.com forums said there was a TSB about it. we took ours to the dealer and the guy said he didnt know of a TSB on it and he acted totally clueless. he was either faking or really didnt know what was going on.

You can go to a dealer other than yours to have it repaired also and it will still be covered.
