P0139...first time O2 sensor dead. HELP!

Alright, so last week, the MAF blew, and now its the O2 sensor. Ive been on the forums for a while and have heard about how bad the O2 sensors are on our cars. (luckly i have a 99, so im good for now)

So we pulled the code P0139 and i did some research. It is the rear O2 sensor and i jsut wanted to make sure with you guys if that is true, if i could get the O2 sensor from the forums for a better price and if i could the job myself.

Im looking for some how-to's and whatnot, so if anyone could help me out and let me know of their experiences with the o2 sensor, that would be great! It would save a lot of $!

Thanks!

P0139--there is a bulletin NTB02-051--if it is a federal car you would the 1 rear o2 sensor if its a california car you would replace the 2 rear o2 sensors and then there is a reprogram for the ecm---you can look on the cars emission sticker to see if its a federal or cali or you can look at how many connectors there are for o2 sensors. they would be on the front bank(by the radiator) and there would be 4 connectors for a cali and only 2 for the federal.

Hmmm ok i see...So first ill check fi the car is Cali or Fed spec.

Now as for the "02 sim dual output" what is that and where can order it? Is it a fancy name for the O2 sensor?
