Rims/tire Sizes Help!!!!help Please!
Hello all Max stunnas/lovers. I have Eibach Pro-Kit, Tokico Blues HP and currently running on stock 16" SE rims. I need to change rims and i'm looking at a set of 17's on tirerack.com . If i used 17x7.5, what tires size is best for my car without rubbing and if i use 18x8, what tires size should i use. Any replies would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try Discount Tire Direct
Check out www.discounttiredirect.com I think they have a better selection, plus they have the Konig Tantrums and Verdicts which would look cool on the Max.

hmmm....the Konigs are 17" x 7". I don't think the tires are meant to be mounted on 7" wide rims. You may want to double check though. For 235 series tires, the rim should be 7.5" wide for most cases. Look for some 7.5" or 8" wide rims for the most choice in tires. People have mounted 235's on the stock 7" rims without any problems yet, so it may be ok. But I don't think the tire manufacturer would recommend it.
