Help removing my headlights...

So I am attempting to remove my headlights this morning because I finally grew a some, and decided it was time to clear out the headlights. However, they will not come out. I removed the top two screws, and the longer screw with the rubber on it in the back. (back left on the drivers side headlight) the headlight wants to come out, but it feels like it is still hung up on something... and I really do not want to break anything.

I do not see any screws, but it also feel like there may be a screw holding it from underneath. but before I get on the wet ground, and start pull off panels, I thought I would ask around here 1st.

I also have a data dot sticker on the headlight, however I am not sure if it is the retaining device, or if it is the tracking system.

And please no posts telling me to search. I've done that. now I'm here.

thanks!
