sparkplugs. oem plats or iridium ix?

wanted to see what everyone is running and if its worth it to get iridiums or not. the manifold is gonna be coming off soon for the phenolic spacers and am lookin to get new plugs. oem platinums (PLFR5A-11) or iridium ix (LFR5AIX-11) what are you guys running?

IIRC sometimes you can get them cheaper than platinums. Even if it's a little more expensive, though, it's worth it. Better spark, longer life.

It's worth is in the eye of the beholder.

If it's worth it not to change your plugs as often then yes, they are worth it.

Sometimes you can get them cheaper, you say. Where? I read on another thread in here people were paying outrageous prices for the Iridium.

The Denso Iridiums are the ones that cost so much (~$12 each). NGK Iridium IX should be around the price of NGK platinum plugs, give or take a little. Just go to your local parts store (if they carry NGK Iridium IXs).
