to be honest with you im not sure??

well shipping is about 12 dollars per rim so im guessing about 18-25 pounds per rim...thats with tires, but then again the site did do a discount on the shipping

You might want to check out a site call discounttiredirect.com or something similar. I know on discount tire direct, they have a program that will let you see what some wheels will look like on a Maxima. You can choose the color car and lower the car also. I doesn't look all that realistic, but it gives you an idea.

Also, there was a site someone posted a while back that did the same thing, but allowed you to take pictures of the car with the wheels on and the pics looked pretty realistic.

1. Weight matters. The heavier the rim, the slower your car will feel/be.
2. "Lightweight" wheel would describe a wheel under about 20lbs. Anything over 25lbs would be described as "heavy"
3. Don't use shipping weight to determine anything. A typical rim and tire combo will weight about 50lbs, not 18-25....
4. Color: Silver IMO. Or pink.
5. Read the stickies in the wheel/tire section. It sounds like you don't know anything about wheels, so get some knowledge there before you spend your money on something that might not be right.
6. Lose those hideous taillights....PLEASE!

good luck.

oh and 7.

get NAME BRAND rims...not cheesy "tuner" rims.

If you're going on for a "budget" brand, get a well known one like Enkei, Kosei, of 5Zigen.

Don't get wheels from lame tuner sites that sell wheels with names like "Hott" or "Fazt" or crap like that....

I would prolly go with silver or silver with a polished lip on that red car. Black or gunmetal or bronze might not look so good with that color.

what makes "hyper black" so "hyper," that's what I want to know.

After all, my maxima is painted Nissan "super black" and the paint has proven to be far from "super"

hyper is a fancy marketing word (like "hyper ground kit" which is really just grounding). dam it!! now people are gonna read that and start a bunch of "grounding kit" threads

I'll be the first to say that you should get any style rim you like in a 19" with a polished lip. Then take it to the body shop and have them color match center to your car. I've only seen one other Merlot Max with that set up.
