warranty question for 03 max

my rear cat is bad. the honeycomb is rattling around. what is the emissions warranty on an 03 maxima? i only have 51k. its 7/70 right?

I thought it was 8/80, either way, take it in and get it fixed.

8/80 wow...even better. i wont have any issues with them? i dont have a check engine light on...they might say theres nothing wrong...just like any dealership would..haha

So have you verified that it is the cat? Take it in and see what they tell you. You might have other problems if your cat died so early.

i have verified....just had a mechanic look at it. thats the only issue on my car they said i had on my car. the cat is just rattling inside.

1.) Why do you trust your mechanic?
2.) Cats only fail if they are beat up (heat)
3.) Excessive heat = lean condition
4.) Cause of lean condition = many items.

my mechanic is my dad...lol thats why i trust...but anyways i will bring and get fixed. dealer's money not mine..haha...anyways i have had a couple road trips...where i was driving excessively non stop...who knows why the cat went. i work for a nissan dealership so ill make em take care of my car.
