It should work fine. It looks very similiar to the 921-bulbs from Autozone I put in. Just make sure the wattage is reasonable. I think stock ones are 11W, maybe 13W, and mine are 15W. It's not a big deal unless you leave the reverse lamps on for awhile, which I barely ever use for more than a few seconds. They do heat up the housing, but it doesn't melt.

Not kidding about this, but, i've considered trying to modify the house so that i can get foglamps there. Some people just can't see you in reverse....so, I might as well blind them...

you always run the risk of melting the wiring or housing when you run overwattaged bulbs of any kind since they will produce more heat. but since the signals and reverse lamps are not constantly on, the risk of frying isnt that big. whereas running overwattage headlamp bulbs have a high risk of frying the harness.

They could melt the insulation around the wires that connect them and short together, but I doubt it unless you run too high of a wattage. You can get away with running higher wattage in the reverse lights, because they are only on for a short time. The corners and sides are probably not a good idea. The turn signals are possible, but why. If the fuse doesn't blow, it's possible for the circuit to handle the load of the higher wattage bulbs, but the plastic housing and harness might not.

yup. they are the right ones.
after you put them in, your reverse light lenses will reflect blue-ish color...

i have the hyper white signals in the back. they are bright, just like all our HID lookin head lights. im always paranoid about signaling. but it looks nice at night, kinda blinding, durring the day its harder to see, so no one knows your signaling.

well, the M-12, M-14's wont match my headlights, so im thinking of just using the amber stock lights. i wanted to have all bright white lights up front but cant seem to get it right. the corners always seem so dim! these bulbs are like new cause i've been using my stocks for a long time now... the M-9's, im scared of getting pulled over for them being too bright at night, but i might keep them, the M-12,14's are what i want to get ride of, and the H4, H3's im replacing with Catz or PIAA's. as for the sound stuff, those were bought for my previous car, but i never had time to install.. got rid of the car a week later and got the max. now there just sitting there

Yeah, I've been looking at how to replace my standard red bulbs in the back or the brake lights with rear fog lights like they have on European cars.

Do we need to mod the wiring, or do you think we can just put a bigger bulb in?

I'm not sure if calling it bright or dim is the best way to describe the M-12s. They give off a bluish tint so it's darker than the headlights but they're not too dark IMO. In fact, the signal is very bright...clearly noticeable in the daytime even. I've gotten used to the difference in hue between my BVs and Polargs so they look fine to me.
