Rattling under car at 3000-3500 RPMs

Installed Headers/y-pipe and now have buzz/rattling at 3000-3500 rpms. Sounds like it is coming from middle area of car. I am installing new cat converter on Wed. and will check all bolts/gaskets/hangers at that time.

Will also check for vibration against motor mount, however it does not sound like that location.

Anyone else familiar with anything I need to look at while I am under?

Header brand is Cattman if it makes a difference.

It's probably just a bracket that wasn't put back on, or a piece of rubber came off somewhere during the installation. It should show itself when you replace the cat wed.

Got under it today just to see, I believe I fixed it. I tighted some cat bolts and did the Hose-Clamp mod to all my hangers and it appears the rattling is gone. If it comes back, ill change the oil and do catch-can mod.

Thanks for responses guys

Dude STFU!!! Know what you're talking about before you start typing

5th gens don't burn oil, 5.5 gens do.

Next time you try to call me out know what TF you're talking about, now go away noob.

first of all i aint a noob..
ive been on the org probably just as long as you hav just changed names.
now tell me, is it really a big deal whether you say 5th gen or 5.5th gen??
as long as you specify the engine type the car has then everyone knows which one of the 5th gens im talking about.
if it was really a big deal the 5th gen forum would have two sections.(5th &5.5)
AND IT DOESNT!
it simply says 5th gen(2000-2003).
people sound a little bit slow saying "five point five gen".....is that how you say it?
and just to bacc up my statements please read this rookie.

Like I said you tard, the 3.5 (aka 5.5 gen) burns oil. NOT the 3.0 (aka 5.0 gen). Get a clue you idiot.
