Ok, I have the upgraded 6-speaker 120W system. It has 2 pair of 6 1/2s and one pair of tweets. Does anyone know if this is all run of the HU or if there is an amp in there and if so, where is the amp located and which speakers does it power? Basically, almost a schematic of the system.

I have the 6 speaker system too that I did some HEAVY UPGRADING on (check my sig). There is some king of puny amp for the stock system that "I think" is located behing the dash. When the Circuit City guys did my system they were telling me about it. Good luck in finding it but its not that good a quality at all especially for our "non-Bose" stock systems. You'd be better off just getting a nice 4-channel amp and putting a channel on each door.
