2003 Blk SE Feeler. How much?

With an upcoming home purchase, I am thinking of parting with my 2003 Black Max and want to get an idea of you guys would think someone would be willing to pay for it.

It has 63k miles and is in very good condition with a small door ding here or there. It's a fully loaded Auto SE with all the bells and whistles including heated seats, heated steering, leather, moonroof, 6 CD. I'm not much into modding cars so the only thing it has is a full exhaust that gives it a nice rumble and some extra giddyup.

how much would you pay?

really? you think that's all? downgrading wouldn't net me out much at all so i'd probably just keep it in that case.

Does full exhaust mean headers?

You could probably pull over $14,000 here in SoCal. But that's kinda far away from where you live...

Actually KBB is the tool pretty much everyone will use when determining what they spend. And for these cars KBB is considered high. I don't see you getting much more than $11,500 for it. Now if it was a 6 speed with all those options that would be a different story.

6MT's are actually less $$. But for rarity sakes, you could someone to pay a little higher since 6MT's are rare, like I said.

Well I think technically yes the KBB value is less on a 6 speed but the cars are quite a bit rarer than the autotragics so they do tend to sell for a little more. Mostly because they are more difficult to find.

sell a 6speed to a dealer - lose money
sell it to a person that appreciates the rareness - dont lose (but dont gain)

6-speed Max would be kinda fun but it wouldn't work with all the stop 'n go crap I sit in every day.

For some reason, all of a sudden people are creating Testing the Water threads, when what they're really doing is just a straight sale. It's pointless and annoying. If you have something to sell, put a price on it and sell it. If you can't decide how much to sell it for, then say Best Offer. If you're trolling and want to figure out how much your car or part is worth, then post a question in the appropriate forum, but NOT in the classifieds section.

From this point forward, all Testing the Waters threads will be deleted without notice or explanation.

Thanks for your cooperation.

The stickies are there for a reason, please check the sites for pricing and do some searches for similar cars on the org.

If you decide to sell then please feel free to post the thread in the FS section....
