No... Any film or tint REDUCES output.

1. Lamin-x coating protects the headlights
2. The yellow gives better road definition in short-distance looks (though it does not penetrate the darkness as well), especially when there is rain.
3. They make the car more visible to other cars.
For a "street" application they would only be worthwhile if you lived in a place where it rains all the time (England, for example) and is often foggy.
That is the fuglyest looking thing I have ever seen.
If you have the HP of a LeMans porsche, and race daily or live in the places that have the environmental conditions that irish stated, then do it. If not, that would be the gayest thing ever on...... IMO

It's Lamin-X. When I first ordered my headlight tint they accidentally sent me the yellow film. I put it on and it didn't look bad. Maybe it's the color of my car. Dunno.
I've since changed to smoke though. Much better flow. Oh... and I could care less if someone called it ricey or not.

well its fine whatever you do, just why make something that has already an issue with lighting worse then it already was by adding to the problem
did anyone else notice his rotors are yellow too

they also use it to differentiate between the class of the cars...
