AUTO to 5 speed conversion?

i have an auto and would kill for a 5 speed.......i am thinkin about gettin the conversion done but exactly what would it take to make that happen? any info will be appriciated!

I looked into this too - it's cost prohibitive. You'd be better off financially just trading in your Max for a 5 speed and taking the hit on the trade in.

i agree too but the mom says no to that...... the tranny costs 2800 from nissan but i talked to a salvage yard and they said 850..... the ECU is 900 and i need new pedal housing slash this and that u think just level 10 it and get a SC? i would probably go beyond 7000 for everything just for the 5 speed so i for that money SC and level 10 would be more productive and alot faster...... esp if i get the shiftronic for the tranny as well combined with a TC so i dunno anymore input?

WillSE - I think you just answered you question man! Go for it - I think Kev's pretty happy with his SC....

just learned to drive stick a couple weeks ago. ( i know )
i'd kill for a 5 speed just cuz it's a blast to drive. i'm personally waiting for the 2k2 release so i can go in and try to bargain for a 2k1 5 spd. i know i'll take a hit, but maybe with incentives and promo apr, it won't be so bad.
