Actually, I don't scrape going on and off steep driveways... it's just the REALLY steep ones that I have problems with.

I have a board at the base of my driveway that I have to line up every time I pull in. I would back in, but my driveway is about 100 feet long and narrow.

Jane scrapes and she's higher than me. I think it's the way the front spoiler is made... 4th gens stick out more than 5th gens.

Yikes! I scrape all over SF and all I have is lowering due to H&R's! I can't imagine what 3.25" clearance would be like! Egads....

Good luck and hope you don't scrape that often!

sux to be short doesn't it?? so u gonna get camber plates? OoO.. and bigger wheels too, so u can have even more drop and fender flares for more clearance.. do the rears rub when u corner hard? or it doesn't sway left to right that much???

Yeah... it sucks. Camber plates are definitely up in the priority list (along with alignment hehehe). Larger wheels and fender flares???? I'm slow enough and they'll make me even slower.

Nope, the rears don't rub.

Could you clue me in on these must avoid areas, so I can avoid them too? One area I have a problem with, not necessarily with scraping, but more with a horrible rough ride, is over the light rail tracks on Sunset. Going 50MPH and hitting those tracks...BAMM!! It's almost embarrassing to have to brake for those tracks, but I still do it for fear of denting a rim.

You must be talking about either Judah or Taraval... I don't have problems going over those. They're bumpy, but bearable.
