It would be very easy to add in a shock sensor and/or a motion sensor to the stock alarm if we knew where a trigger wire could be found. I did this to my Jetta in like 1 hour. Very simple. However, does anybody know where i can find a trigger wire? Thanks!

I think igorsavin said in a long time ago post that his friend did it to his Maxima and it was somewhere under the stearing wheel (not sure if it's like that in all cars) however maybe if igor reads this he can get in touch with whoever did it....

BTW Mike2000SE did you buy the IT-S yet? Or did you buy a different shock sensor? If so how much? where? thanks!

Igorsavin had his done and I tried to get some ideas on which wire he used to tap into the factory alarm. He said his friend did it for him and it took 5 minutes...
However, when asked on the specifics, he didn't post back as to which wire it was, etc..as you know, there's a gazilionth wires under the steering wheel column...

I just went to a stero shop and purchased a shock sensor. I simply cut off the wiring harness, and wired it up, under the steering wheel too. Hmm, this would be great if done to a Maxima, maybe a wiring schematic would help???? Where can i find one?

Wonder if the Maxima Service Manual has a schematic of what we are all looking for...Does anyone here have it. I know MDEAL has it, if someone reads this post and has it please could you take some screen shots...
