Hey... I was checking out Greg Prete's site RE his install of the Stillen Intermediate Pipe on his Gen4 Maxima...
But uhhhh.... wouldn't this fit the Gen5 also??? Check out the install docs. You may have to cut and paste the link.

Why not have one made ???
Check my sig.
Trust me, this isn't rocket science. Just about any reputable muffler shop can fabricate a b-pipe for a helluva lot less than the cost of a Stillen intermediate pipe. So why wait?

Was yours fabricated with the flanges so that it can be taken off in the future if you so desire? Stainless? What should I do in the way of a resonator?

I'd also recommend that you eliminate the resonator and continue to run your stock rear section. If your exhaust turns out to be too loud with the Y-pipe and the stock muffler, you can always install an aftermarket resonator later.

I'd recommend that you have your b-pipe fabricated with flanges. And I wouldn't worry too much about using stainless steel piping. Keep in mind that the GReddy exhaust uses aluminized mild steel piping and I haven't heard of anyone refusing to buy it for that reason.
