I wonder if the Navigation System from the 02' will fit in my 01'?

Not likely without major modifications to the dash area. If people are having difficulty with new audio head units, I would imagine the Nav System would be a handful.

Yeah it will fit. But you would have to buy a new radio and the changer that goes with it, that will probably be around 3000.00 plus.
