sorry to hear about your mishap. I hate it when that type of thing happens. If the rim can't be refinished, check your local wreckers yard or look on eBay.

I would find a shop that sells refurbished ones. I ran into the same problem and got a non-OEM rim. Looks exactly like OEM except without the price tag.

try...

www.aaarims.com, they seem to have good prices on oem rims. the se 17" cost $205 per rim. i have never ordered anything from this site, so i dont know how it works, and how the customer service is. i would check the prices at the local nissan dealerships, and then call dave b at southpoint nissan(or is it courtesy nissan?)and compare the prices.

i just dont like any of the aftermarket wheels. I really like the OEM ones I got. Besides, then I would have to get new tires, not that I dont want to, but im not rich ya know.....

Had the same problem recently. But I think that my rim is still ok to drive on. Can you post a pic of your damaged rim? Here is mine http://forums.maxima.org/attachment....achmentid=2502
